Article 1 — Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
• Cooling-off Period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right to cancel.
• Consumer: a natural person who acts for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
• Day: a calendar day.
• Distance Agreement: an agreement concluded by means of electronic communication, as contemplated by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act ("ECTA").
• Right to Cancel: the consumer’s right to withdraw from the agreement within the period stated below, as contemplated by section 44 of ECTA.
• Company: the legal entity carrying out the activities behind the Senza brand.

Senza is a brand operated by Veridian Commerce Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.
Article 3 — Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Veridian Commerce Limited and consumers ordering products through the website, to the extent such consumers are located in or order from South Africa. These terms have been drafted with regard to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA"), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA"), and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
Article 4 — Offers
• All offers are non-binding and subject to change.
• Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• Errors in price or product information are not binding.
• All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT, in accordance with CPA requirements, unless stated otherwise.
Important:
• For orders shipped from outside South Africa, prices are exclusive of any customs duties, import VAT, and additional import costs.
• Where applicable, these costs are payable by the customer upon delivery.
Article 5 — Formation of the Agreement
The agreement is formed at the moment the customer places an order and the Company confirms it, in accordance with section 11 of ECTA regarding electronic contracts.
The Company reserves the right to:
• refuse orders;
• make additional requests or carry out verification where fraud is suspected.
Article 6 — Right to Cancel
In accordance with section 44 of ECTA, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement without giving reasons within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product.
Conditions for cancellation:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging must be intact.
• Cancellation must be reported in writing by email to info@senzasupport.com within the 7-day period.
Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, the consumer will have a reasonable period to return the product, as further communicated by customer service.
Article 7 — Return Costs
• The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, in accordance with section 20 of the CPA.
Article 8 — Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
• hygiene products with a broken seal;
• custom-made products;
• products which, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be returned once opened.
Article 9 — Pricing and Import
• All displayed prices include South African VAT where applicable.
• Products may be shipped from abroad (typically via international suppliers).
• Where products are shipped from outside South Africa, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and additional charges imposed by the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
Article 10 — Warranty
Products must conform to their description and meet the requirements of suitability and quality as contemplated by section 55 of the CPA.
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
• misuse of the product;
• unauthorised modification of the product;
• normal wear and tear.
Article 11 — Delivery
• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time: 5–12 business days, depending on the destination within South Africa.
In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on international shipping and customs clearance.
Important:
• Where applicable, deliveries are made directly from international suppliers.
• Delays outside the Company’s reasonable control (including customs delays) may occur.
• The buyer is responsible for any import duties as described in Article 9.
Article 12 — Cancellation of Orders
• Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed.
• After this period, the order can no longer be stopped, without prejudice to the right to cancel described in Article 6.
Article 13 — Defective Products
In the event of defective goods, as contemplated by section 56 of the CPA:
• contact customer service at info@senzasupport.com and include a photo and the order number;
• the Company will offer, at its discretion, a replacement, repair, or refund within a reasonable period.
Article 14 — Returns and Refunds
• Returns must be pre-approved by customer service.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, except in the case of a defective product.
• Refunds are processed after inspection, within a reasonable period in accordance with the CPA.
Article 15 — Payment
• Payment is made via the payment methods available on the website.
• Where fraud is suspected, the order may be refused or cancelled.
Article 16 — Protection of Personal Information
The processing of the consumer’s personal information is carried out in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). For further information on what data is collected, for what purpose, and what rights the consumer has (including access, correction, and deletion), please refer to our separate Privacy Policy.
Article 17 — Liability
The Company is not liable for:
• delays outside the Company’s reasonable control;
• indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit,
except to the extent that mandatory South African law, including the CPA, prescribes broader liability.
Article 18 — Disputes and Governing Law
These terms and conditions, and any separate agreements the Company enters into with the consumer, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Without prejudice to the consumer’s right to lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Commission or the Information Regulator (for POPIA-related complaints), the courts of South Africa shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
